 I had met the both of of you at the West Indian Day Parade breakfast this past September.

I was impressed by the professional manner in which you conducted yourselves , so when I contemplated securing a trained security service later that month, I was pleased that you were available.

Your professionalism, demeanor and service tailored to my individual needs, when there was a need , was both welcomed and mostly appreciated. Your presence and keen sense of assessment of situations, your ability to keep things calm, enabled me to go about the business of the day without undue interference or stress.
