Jack Middleton III is known for being an expert and consultant in the fields of security management, leadership skills, fiscal management experience, the ability to effectively delegate and strategic planning , solving problems, ability to translate policies into daily routine operations .crime and loss prevention, investigations, and premises liability. He specializes in the anticipation, recognition, and prevention of crime on most commercial property types. He consults with business owners, managers, and have liaison with NYPD, FDNY, and Department of Buildings, to reduce the risk to maximize organization???s operating performance and achieving its financial goals. 

Experience 

Mr. Middleton has Over 25 years' experience with previous executive level experience, liaising with the board of directors, attending board meetings, ensuring sound financial practices of the organization, managing the strategic plan, ensuring a healthy working environment and overseeing revenue generation and general operations. 

Mr. Middleton is responsible for financial management of the organization, identifying ways to increase revenues and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports and working with staff. 

Mr. Middleton has Over 20 years of active Law Enforcement / Law Enforcement Training, Emergency Service Unit Member, (S.W.A.T) training.
ESU responds to emergencies and high-risk situations that occur outside the scope of duties of responding patrol and criminal investigation units. 

ESU provides the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) function for high-risk, tactical operations involving barricaded suspects, hostage situations, high-risk assessment , tactical crowd control, dignitary/VIP protective operations, and trained with different agencies nationally. 

He has earned a solid reputation for conceiving solutions that are practical, reasonable, and effective because of having been there and knowing that security programs must interface with the asset protected.
